Chicken Salad Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 oz.) pkg. potato chips
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1 package potato chips into greased baking dish. Combine chicken, eggs, celery, almonds, onion, pimento, lemon juice, soup and mayonnaise in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into prepared dish.
    Top with remaining package potato chips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until bubbly.

    6 servings.
