Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large loaf bread, cubed
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 stick oleo
1/2 to 3/4 c. warm broth
Preparation

Melt oleo; add celery and onion.
Cook until transparent.
Add to bread and seasonings; mix well.
Add broth and lightly mix well.
Make into balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Makes 1-inch balls.
