Tender Slow Roast Pork - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. boneless pork loin
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place pork in pan with lid.
Sprinkle pork heavily with Worcestershire sauce.
Turn it over and sprinkle other side.
Take brown sugar and rub against meat to make a brown crust.
Pour apple juice in bottom of pan, not over meat.
Cover and place in oven.
Bake about 10 minutes on 400\u00b0, then turn down to 200\u00b0 and bake for 4 hours.
