Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Old Folks sausage
    1 medium onion, diced
    Italian seasoning (to taste)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 boxes mushrooms
Preparation
    Wash and dry mushrooms.
    Pull stems out.
    May dice stems and add to sausage.
    Brown sausage, onion and seasoning.
    Add cheese and let melt.
    Stuff mushrooms.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
