Bishop Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. whole walnuts
    1 c. dates (whole or sliced)
    1 c. Brazil nuts
    2 c. maraschino cherries (whole), drained
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until ready for fruit, then fold into batter.
    Pour into a loaf pan (greased) and bake at 350\u00b0 for
    1 hour.
