Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini, grated
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat eggs until frothy; add sugar, oil and beat until thick and lemon color.
    Add zucchini; sift and add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
    Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into 3 greased and floured loaf pans (8 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
    Invert and keep in pan until cool.
