Smores - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chocolate chips
    2/3 c. mini marshmallows
    2 c. whipped topping (Cool Whip)
    1 pkg. chocolate covered graham crackers (about 40)
Preparation
    Fold chocolate chips and marshmallows into whipped topping. Spread mixture about 1/2-inch thick on one cracker.
    Press another cracker lightly on top.
    Repeat making sandwiches.
    Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
    Wrap for freezer to store for up to 2 weeks.
