Black-Eyed Peas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans Trappey's jalapeno black-eyed peas
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 qt. or 1 large can tomatoes, drained
1 3/4 c. cooked rice
cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper.
Mix together and top with cheese.
Bake until hot and bubbly.
