Hush Pups - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small onion
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients, pour in milk and egg.
Add onion, mix until batter comes out thin.
Fry in deep fat oil.
