Tuna Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    1 can solid white tuna, drained and flaked
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
    1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
    1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed tarragon
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    pepper
Preparation
    Press pie shell into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Combine tuna and onion; spread in bottom of pie shell.
    In bowl, stir soup until smooth; gradually blend in flour.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour over tuna mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
