Baked Catfish(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
1 egg white
2 Tbsp. skim milk
4 (4 oz.) catfish fillets
1/2 tsp. sesame seed
cooking spray
Preparation

Combine the first 7 ingredients; set aside.
Whisk together the egg white and milk.
Dip fillets in milk mixture; dredge in cornmeal mixture.
Place on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle fillets with sesame seed; coat each fillet with cooking spray.
