Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    20 oz. sliced strawberries (frozen must be thawed)
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 c. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add oil and sugar and continue to beat.
    Mix dry ingredients
    together; add to sugar mixture.
    Add thawed berries; mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured pans (9 1/2 x 5-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch). Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour or until bread tests done.
    Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely. Makes 2 loaves.
