Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box wild rice
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1 (2 oz.) chopped pimentos
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook rice, salt and pepper.
    Add mushrooms, pimentos and parsley.
    Mix. Melt butter.
    Add celery and saute gently.
    Add mushroom soup and onion salt.
    Pour over rice mixture.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
