Cream Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. drippings
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place drippings in skillet and stir in flour.
    Cook over low heat until smooth and bubbly.
    Stir in liquid and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Boil and stir for 1 minute.
