Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. celery, cut very small
    1 c. chopped onion (less if desired)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/4 c. oleo
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables and drain.
    Mix with other ingredients and put in buttered casserole (2 1/2-quart).
    Top with 1 stack Ritz crackers, rolled and mixed with 1/2 stick of oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
