Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. diced potatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Cheddar cheese
meat of choice (optional)
parsley
Preparation

Cook diced potatoes, chopped onion and salt until potatoes are tender.
Drain off some liquid, if desired.
Add cheese,
ham chunks and wieners (meat of choice), if desired.
Sprinkle with parsley.
