Beef 'N Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. frozen Crispy Crowns potatoes (3/4 of 3 oz. bag)
    1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch buttered dish with potatoes; bring up along sides.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Drain beef and place on potatoes, then broccoli and 1/2 of onions.
