Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. ground beef
4 oz. shredded cheese
1 head lettuce
Catalina salad dressing
1 can corn (or kidney beans)
1 small box taco shells
3 to 6 eggs
Preparation

Brown ground beef.
Boil eggs and peel.
Then cut eggs into small pieces.
Cook corn and drain.
(If using kidney beans, cook and drain also.)
Crush taco shells.
Shred lettuce or cut into small pieces.
Then mix all ingredients together and add cheese and salad dressing.
