Tomato Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice (V-8)
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. butter or olive oil
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    3/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. ground rosemary
    1/4 tsp. ground fennel
    1 small garlic clove, pressed
Preparation
    Heat V-8, tomato sauce and oil to 120\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine 3 cups of flour with dry yeast, sugar, salt and herbs. Add warmed tomato mixture and garlic.
    Mix for 3 minutes, scraping sides of bowl frequently.
    Add 3 to 3 1/2 cups flour and turn out onto well floured board.
    Continue adding flour, small amounts
    at a time so dough is not sticky and knead well.
    Place in greased bowl and turn greased side up.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down and let rest 15 minutes.
    Shape into two loaves; place in greased bread pans and cover loosely.
