Chocolate And Oat Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. quick cooking oats
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 (325\u00b0 for glass dish).
    In bowl combine flour, oats, sugar and butter.
    Mix well.
    Reserving 1/2 cup, press remaining oat mixture on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 10 minutes.
    Pour sweetened milk evenly over crust.
    Sprinkle with nuts and morsels.
    Top with remaining oat mixture; press down.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Cool. Store covered at room temperature.
