Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. dry onions
1/2 c. parsley
3 green, chopped scallions
1 Tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
3 (9 oz.) pkg. smoked beef, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill 2 hours.
