Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. Crisco
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Roll out thick (1/2 inch).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 11 minutes or until golden brown.
    Brush butter on top of biscuits before baking.
    Yields 15 biscuits.
