Breakfast Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage or your choice
    10 oz. frozen, cut broccoli
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
    1 egg, beaten
    sesame seed
Preparation
    Cook sausage in medium skillet; drain well.
    Add broccoli, cheese, onion, sour cream and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Separate dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Overlap long sides of rectangles.
    Spoon meat mixture down center of rectangle.
    Fold strips over filling.
    Mix egg with 1 tablespoon of water; brush over dough.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes, until deep golden brown.
