Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (7 oz.) cans green chiles
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 eggs, beaten
    few dashes Tabasco
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.
    Halve chiles and remove seeds.
    Place half of the chiles in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese and top with meat mixture.
    Arrange remaining chiles over meat. Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt and Tabasco; beat until smooth. Pour over chiles.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean.
