7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    3/4 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine together and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well. Add flour slowly and beat well. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up into batter. Pour into well-greased and floured jumbo fluted pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
