Low-Fat Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. cooked macaroni
    6 slices fat-free cheese
    1 container Egg Beaters
    6 Tbsp. powdered milk (nonfat)
    1 heaping this flour
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Place macaroni in a baking dish and set aside.
    Make sauce by adding flour, water, milk and Egg Beaters; mix until smooth.
    Dice 2 slices cheese in sauce and flour over macaroni.
    Place remainder of cheese on top and bake until firm.
    Less than 1 gram fat per serving.
    Serves 4.
