Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Port wine
    1/4 c. frozen apple juice
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    4 apples (Red Rome best)
Preparation
    Heat wine and juice until starts to boil.
    Turn heat off.
    Add raisins and cumin.
    Stir and let stand 15 minutes.
    Core apples. Score to within 1/2-inch of bottom.
    Place apples in baking dish, not touching.
    Stuff with juice soaked raisins.
    Spoon remaining juice over apples.
    Put water in dish 1/3-inch deep.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
    Serve warm.
