Cranberry-Glazed Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. boneless pork loin roast
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
3 Tbsp. orange juice
3 Tbsp. dry sherry wine
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
Preparation

In small saucepan, stir together all ingredients, except pork. Cook, stirring, over medium heat until thickened; set aside. Place roast in shallow baking dish.
Roast at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Spoon 1/2 cup glaze over roast; continue roasting for 45 minutes more, until internal temperature is 160\u00b0.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with remaining sauce.
Makes 14 to 16 servings.
