Cordon Bleu Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into cubes
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.
    Blend in flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
    Reduce heat.
    Add cream cheese and Swiss cheese. Stir until melted.
