Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded American cheese or sharp
    2 cubes chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 c. water
    10 oz. pkg. broccoli or fresh head
Preparation
    Saute butter and onion.
    Add flour, then add milk and cheese. Cook over low to medium temperature.
    In another kettle, bring water to boil (chicken cubes in water).
    Then add broccoli.
    When broccoli is tender, put water and broccoli in blender; don't make too fine.
    Add this to milk on stove; stir.
    It's now ready to eat (this is a really quick way to make this soup).
