Strawberry Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. butter, melted
    grated lemon rind
    1 lb. jar strawberry or apricot jam
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except jam.
    Grease jelly roll pan.
    Pat 3/4 of dough on bottom.
    Spread with jam.
    Sprinkle rest on top (as crumbs).
    Bake about 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake until golden, not too dark.
    Cut into squares when cool.
