Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn bread or corn muffin mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed and drained (not cooked)
    1 large onion, chopped
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    4 large eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, adding corn bread or corn muffin mix last. Mix well and pour into 9 x 13 casserole.
    Bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0. Serve hot.
