Knickerbocker Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large bags frozen peas (use regular size peas)
    1 1/2 c. diced sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion (red onion may be used)
    salt and pepper to taste (white pepper may be used)
    1 Tbsp. dill weed
    mayonnaise (amount necessary to make consistency desired)
Preparation
    Thaw peas in strainer.\tRemove\tmoisture
    by placing on paper towel on cookie sheet.
    Mix
    all
    ingredients.
    Make the day before, if possible.
