Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour (plus additional for kneading, if necessary)
    pizza sauce
    toppings (cheese, mushrooms, pepper, pepperoni, sausage, anchovy, as desired)
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a bowl.
    Set aside until foamy.
    Place 2 1/2 to 3 cups flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Make a well in center.
    Pour yeast mixture and 2 tablespoons olive oil in well and mix to form a dough ball.
    Let dough rest for 5 minutes.
    Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface (cookie sheet or pizza pan) with floured fingers.
    Make sure dough is smooth and elastic, knead and add additional flour, if necessary.
