Citrus Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. shredded lemon peel
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, salt and baking soda. Combine egg, orange juice, lemon juice and cooking oil.
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moist.
Fold nuts into batter.
Pour batter into 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Remove.
Cool on wire rack.
Wrap in foil and store overnight before slicing.
Makes 1 loaf.
