Quick Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine sugar, egg, molasses, oil, baking soda and salt.
    Add flour and buttermilk, mixing thoroughly.
    Spoon mixture into greased and lightly floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, for 15 minutes.
    Cool before slicing.
