Fettuccini A La Lolly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Bunch Scallions
    2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
    1 Small Tomato, Chopped
    1/2 Cup Dry White Wine
    1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
    3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    Shredded parmesan cheese
    Chopped fresh Italian parsley
    2 Chopped Cooked Chicken Breasts
    Cooked Fettuccini Noodles
    salt and peeper to taste
Preparation
    Lightly saut garlic, scallions and tomato.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add wine and reduce slightly.
    Add cream, chicken and 1/2 cup shredded parmesan.
    Simmer 5 minutes or so, adjust seasonings, and serve over cooked noodles.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
