Salmonettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (lb. ) can salmon
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. onion
    1 egg
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Reserve 1/4 cup of liquid.
    Mix salmon, egg and onion.
    Stir in flour.
    Add baking powder to liquid and stir into salmon mixture.
    Drop from spoon into hot oil.
    Fry until golden brown (approximately 7 minutes).
    Serve hot.
