National Clarion Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 small yellow squash, sliced
    3 to 4 small zucchini, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In 2 tablespoons of olive
    oil, saute peppers, onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
    Remove from\tpan,
    then
    saute
    squash 5 minutes.
    Combine all ingredients and
    add\ta liberal amount of butter for extra flavor.
