Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in salt and oil. Gradually add flour and sugar.
    Beat until smooth, then turn out on lightly floured board and knead until dough is elastic.
    Place dough in a deep bowl; brush top with oil and cover.
    Let rise in warm place until double in size.
    Divide; roll each into ball. Press with fingers on pizza pan.
    Top with topping and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until crust is brown.
