Rosettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly with sugar and salt; add flour and milk. Beat until smooth.
    Set aside to set.
    This is a must, as it prevents bubbles remaining on top of batter.
    Using a deep frypan, heat oil to 320\u00b0.
    Place rosette iron in the oil to be heated. When oil reaches 320\u00b0 remove iron, tapping it lightly against the edge of pan.
    Dip hot iron into batter, being careful not to spill batter over top edge of iron.
    Immerse rosette in hot oil for at least 20 seconds to obtain light brown color.
