Easy Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. milk, diluted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix together the other five ingredients until smooth.
    (Batter will be thin.) Pour on top of butter, then spoon pie filling on top of batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    (Other fruit filling can be used if desired.) Serve with your favorite vanilla sauce.
