Hot Cheese Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 medium potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed 3/4 x 3/4-inch
    1 lb. bacon
    1 Spanish onion, chopped
    2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on 10 minutes.
    Drain and cool.
    Cube 3/4 x 3/4-inch.
    Fry bacon; chop and drain.
    Put all ingredients in a roasting pan and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered.
    Serves 20 people.
