Sausage Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. chopped pepper
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    chicken bouillon cubes
    2/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Cut sausage in chunks; fry gently.
    Saute pepper in oil. Saute onion in oil.
    Brown rice in oil.
    Mix all ingredients. Cover with bouillon and bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Ready when rice is cooked.
    Sprinkle chopped almonds on top.
