Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    2 c. chopped bananas (ripe), mashed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. nuts (chopped pecans)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Do not beat. Flour and grease tube pan/Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
