Hot Crab Meat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. white wine
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can crab or fresh crab meat
Preparation

Combine cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and salt in top of double boiler.
Stir until smooth.
Add wine and crab meat.
Heat thoroughly.
Transfer to chafing dish.
Serve with Melba rounds or toast triangles.
