Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken
1 to 1 1/2 lb. large shrimp
3 c. chopped, cubed and cooked ham
3 c. smoked sausage
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sliced okra (optional)
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can Swanson chicken broth
cooked rice
Preparation

Cover chicken with water. Cook until tender.
Add ham, sausage, onion, celery and green pepper. Cook a few minutes more until vegetables are tender.
Add okra.
Add tomato sauce and chicken broth. Cook until heated through again.
Add shrimp the last 10 minutes of cooking and serve over rice.
