Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, well beaten
dash of salt
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. flour
Preparation
-
Add milk and salt to beaten egg.
Beat well after the additions.
Add flour.
Mix.
Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
Roll out to desired width of noodles you want.
Let set on board 20 minutes to dry, then cut.
Treat these noodles as you would any noodles in chicken or beef broth.
