Marty'S Oven Barbecue Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Brown steak in oil and transfer to roasting pan.
    Saute onions and add to remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour mixture over steak.
    Cover and bake 2 hours.
    Add extra water, if needed, to increase sauce if it is too thick after baking 1 hour.
