Cheesy Sausage Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. ground pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 c. biscuit mix
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center.
Combine eggs and milk; add to sausage mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling three-fourths full.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 2 dozen.
